Requesting a quote - what happens next?

We require a 50% non-refundable downpayment to secure all orders. The balance payment is due prior to the date of your event, once your final invoice is sent to you. All balance payments must therefore be made prior to, or upon the delivery of your items at your venue.

If you are able to issue a purchase order from a registered company, the balance payment can be made within 30 days following your event.

We also ask for a standard refundable $500 TTD security deposit, which must be paid in full before your event. This will be refunded back to you electronically once all items have been returned to us in good order.

All orders require our approval once a reservation request is made via the website. Once an order is placed, we will check the availability of your required items, following which you will receive an email confirmation detailing the final quote and the required 50% deposit amount.

Instructions will be provided regarding how to pay the deposit within this order confirmation email also. Your order will not be confirmed until you have received a confirmation email and you have informed us how you prefer to complete deposit payment.

Prior to your event, you will receive a further email requesting the balance of payment.

Delivery costs will be calculated based upon your order and will only be provided within the quote following your reservation request.

All equipment must be returned to the place of delivery.

Online bookings can be made up to 4 months before your event but no earlier than 24 hours in advance. Any requests outside of this time period must be made outside of our automated booking system by calling +1 (868) 395-4880 or emailing [email protected].
