Position your hanging lights perfectly around your event with the String Light Pole crafted in raw metal.

Designed for use with our string lighting, the pole features a bull horn top to secure your lights, to then hang at the desired height.

For use on soft ground where the poles can be pushed into the ground for complete stability.

Recommended for a single string continuation (e.g. walkway or perimeter) on soft ground at 15-17ft intervals.

Useful information for placing an order.

  • All prices are stated in TTD (Trinidad and Tobago Dollar).
  • All reservation requests and booking fees are calculated based upon complete calendar days. For website bookings please choose how many days rental you require, and select the start date you would like to hire each item (you will not be charged for an additional day if the item is to be collected the day after your event).
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve an order (all quotes are valid for 5 days). Purchase orders are accepted only from registered companies that hold an account with Perched. Account holders can secure an order with a purchase order and pay the balance within 30 days of the event.
  • All orders require our approval once a reservation request is made via the website. Once an order is placed, we will check the availability of your required items, following which you will receive an email confirmation detailing the final quote and the 50% deposit amount.
  • Instructions will be provided regarding how to pay the deposit within this order confirmation email also.
  • Before your event, you will receive an invoice by email for the balance. All payments must be made on or before delivery.
  • Online bookings can be made up to 4 months before your event but no earlier than 24 hours in advance. Any requests outside of this time period must be made outside of our automated booking system by calling +1 (868) 395-4880 or emailing hello@perched.tt.
 

Useful information regarding delivery.

  • Delivery and set up costs will be calculated based upon your order and will only be provided within the quote following your reservation request.
  • Delivery & pick up charge is quoted as a round-trip fee.
  • Delivery & pick up charges are based on time and location of the delivery.
  • Normal delivery and collection hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Delivery & pick up outside of our normal hours will incur additional charges such as late night or holiday.
  • It is the responsibility of the renter to inform Perched of potential delivery obstacles, such as driveways not accessible by a truck, narrow doorways or small elevators. Perched will not be responsible if equipment cannot be loaded onto a location due to obstacles.
  • All items must be available for collection at the place of delivery.

Useful information regarding payment.

  • All payments must be made on or before delivery for your event. We accept bank transfer, cheque and cash.
  • Cheque Payment: Please make all cheques payable to Perched Events Limited. All cheques must be mailed or delivered to Perched, 90 Picton Street, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. Please contact +1 (868) 395-4880 or email hello@perched.tt if you wish to arrange to have a cheque delivered. All deposit cheques must be cleared before the date of your event.
  • Cash Payment: Cash payments must be paid in full on or before the delivery date of your reservation.
  • Bank Deposit: Our bank and account number are provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to deposit the total deposit cost of your order. Once the deposit is made, please email the deposit slip to hello@perched.tt. Upon confirmation of the deposit your order will be processed.
  • Online Bank Transfer: Our bank and account number are provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to deposit the total deposit cost of your order. Once the transfer has been made, please email a screenshot of the transaction receipt to hello@perched.tt. Upon confirmation of the deposit your order will be processed.
Customers are fully responsible for care and use of furniture whilst in your possession. Decorative items such as arches and backdrops are strictly for ornamental purposes only. Any misuse of these items such as climbing or suspending heavy objects will result in damage to the product. We shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any injury, death or loss of income caused to yourself or any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services by us.
