Where does Perched deliver, and do you deliver to Tobago?

Short answer

Perched delivers across all of Trinidad, and to Tobago. For Tobago, the delivery price includes the cost of the ferry crossing and accommodation. Delivery and set-up are quoted for each order as a round-trip fee based on the time and location of the delivery, and you can collect the order yourself from 90 Picton Street, Port of Spain, with a lower minimum order of $650 TTD instead of $1,000 TTD.

We deliver across all of Trinidad and to Tobago, and the delivery price for each order appears only in your quote.

We deliver across all of Trinidad, and to Tobago. There is no fixed delivery price: delivery and set-up are quoted for each order, so the price for your venue appears in your quote.

Do you deliver to Tobago?

Yes. For Tobago, the delivery price includes the cost of the ferry crossing and accommodation.

A Tobago order is quoted like any other, as a round-trip fee based on the time and location of the delivery. The figure appears only in your quote, after you send your reservation request.

How is the delivery price worked out?

Delivery and pick-up are quoted as a round-trip fee, based on the time and location of the delivery.

  • The fee is calculated for each order, and you see it only in your quote.
  • It arrives in the confirmation email we send after we check availability, alongside the final quote and the 50% down payment amount.
  • A delivery price quoted on the website may change before a booking is approved.

What are the delivery and collection hours?

Normal delivery and collection hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Deliveries can be arranged after 4:30pm the day before your event at no extra charge.

Can I collect the order myself?

Yes. You collect the items from our office at 90 Picton Street, Port of Spain, and return them there. The minimum order is then $650 TTD instead of $1,000 TTD. Collection is by arrangement, during our opening hours (10am to 4pm every day). Exceptions can be made depending on the order and staff availability.

We ask for payment in full upfront when you collect the items.

How do I get a delivery price for my venue?

  1. Send a quote request for the items you want. Every order starts as a quote request.
  2. Give the shipping address, an on-site contact and a contact phone number. A phone number and a contact person are useful if the location is residential or remote.
  3. Read the confirmation email we send, which details the final quote, the delivery fee and the 50% down payment amount.

A quote does not reserve items. You can also contact us for pricing specific to your event’s times and locations.

Can I get a delivery price before I place an order?

Yes. The delivery cost we quote for your order includes set-up and take-down of the items at your event. It is quoted as a round-trip fee, based on the time and location of your event.
