How much notice do I need to cancel?
You must give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation for any refund to be issued. Orders cancelled the day before, the day of, or at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
Is my down payment refundable?
No. All down payments are non-refundable. The down payment is 50% of your order and reserves your items.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes, individual items can be cancelled from your order at any time before delivery, as long as they were not specially ordered for your event. The change is made on your invoice.
Do I get a refund for items I do not use?
No. Refunds or credit will not be issued for any items ordered but not used.
What is the security deposit for, and when do I get it back?
The security deposit is a standard $500 TTD per order. It covers any damages or late returns of the items, for the DIY collection service.
It is separate from your order total and your down payment, and must be paid before your items are delivered. We refund it by bank transfer at the end of the calendar month, once all items have been returned in good order.
Who is responsible for damage or missing items?
You are. The customer is responsible for damaged or missing items.
- Accidental breakage: we assess the damage and tell you the cost to repair. The difference of the deposit fee is refunded to you.
- Abuse, loss, misuse, theft, overload or negligence: extra charges are imposed to repair or replace the item, up to the replacement value of the furniture.
- Missing items: it is your responsibility to locate lost or stolen goods.
- Wear and tear: damage beyond reasonable wear and tear is the hirer’s responsibility, and repair work is chargeable.
What care rules apply to hired items?
You are fully responsible for the care and use of the furniture while it is in your possession. These rules apply:
- Protect all equipment from weather at all times, unless it is stated as waterproof.
- Keep furniture away from sources of ignition or excessive heat. Our furniture is not fire resistant.
- Use furniture for its intended purpose only.
- Use arches and backdrops for ornamental purposes only. Climbing or suspending heavy objects will damage them.

Frequently asked questions
What if I have paid in full and want to cancel?
If you have paid in full and wish to cancel your order, we require 48 hours notice in order to issue any refunds from the balance of your order. All down payments are non-refundable.
Do I need to insure the items?
During the period of hire, the hirer is responsible for the items and must insure against all risk. We will not accept liability for any damage or injury to goods or persons caused by misuse of the hired furniture.
What happens if I return items late?
Additional rental charges will be incurred if items are not able to be returned on the dates contracted. For the DIY collection service, the security deposit covers late returns.
What should I check before the items arrive?
Read the rental order carefully for errors in quantities, delivery and billing information, and pricing. Do this before the items are delivered.
Will the furniture look exactly like the photos?
Some furniture is handmade and made from naturally occurring products, so it may vary in shades and consistency. Imagery on our website and social media can therefore only serve as a representation of the furniture provided.
