Which dining tables can I hire, and how many do they seat?

The French Farm Table seats 10 to 12, the Marble Hairpin Table seats 10 on its own, and the two whitewashed hairpin tables seat 8 to 10 comfortably.

French Farm Table: 8ft by 3ft, seats 10 to 12, $300 TTD per day.
Hairpin Table: 7ft by 3ft, seats 8 to 10, $350 TTD per day.

What seating can I hire for a reception?

French Bistro Chair: $18 TTD per day.

What do I hire for the couple’s table?

The Hairpin Sweetheart Table is $350 TTD per day, 7ft by 3ft, with legs in black or gold. The A-Frame Arch ($1,200 TTD), Geometric Arch ($1,200 TTD) and Oval Arch ($1,300 TTD) can each stand as a backdrop behind a sweetheart table. The Ceremony Arch ($1,000 TTD) and Pergola Arch ($1,200 TTD) can cover one. Arches are for ornamental use only.

What can I hire for a bar or drinks station?

Rum Barrel Bar, $650 TTD: an eight-foot bar of restored Angostura rum barrels, at a height for bar service or a food station.
Pallet Bar Table, $600 TTD: bar height, and it pairs with the Industrial Bar Stool at $70 TTD.
Market Cart, $1,000 TTD: a portable cocktail bar, a champagne or Prosecco cart, or a dessert table.

What can I hire to cover an outdoor reception?

We have three tipis, each covering 415 sq ft, and each holding about 35 seated or 40 standing guests. The seated figure is for guests on French Bistro Chairs, with a single table at the front. The Naked Tipi is $2,000 TTD, the Tipi Tent is $2,500 TTD and the Illuminated Tipi, with string lights wrapped around its frame, is $3,000 TTD. The Tipi Tent has a canvas cover and is weatherproof. The Naked Tipi has no cover, so it is not weatherproof.

What lighting can I hire for a reception?

The French Bistro Lights (50ft) are $200 TTD, for perimeter lighting anchored to permanent structures. The Candle Lantern is $60 TTD, with a flameless candle supplied.

What does the Wedding Reception Package for 100 guests include?

The Wedding Reception Package for 100 guests is $9,500 TTD. It bundles a tent, basic lighting, tables, and chairs or benches, at a discount to hiring them individually. Seating is provided for 100 guests, in French Bistro Chairs or Farm Benches at no extra cost, and you can mix the two if you prefer, with four guests to a bench. Ask us for the tent and table quantities when you request a quote.

How many tables and chairs do I need for 50 or 100 guests?

These examples use the French Farm Table at 10 seats, the lower end of its 10 to 12, and one French Bistro Chair per guest. Figures are per day, before delivery and set-up.

50 guests

Tables: 50 ÷ 10 = 5 French Farm Tables, and 5 × $300 = $1,500 TTD.
Chairs: 50 French Bistro Chairs, and 50 × $18 = $900 TTD.
Total: $1,500 + $900 = $2,400 TTD.

100 guests

Tables: 100 ÷ 10 = 10 French Farm Tables, and 10 × $300 = $3,000 TTD.
Chairs: 100 French Bistro Chairs, and 100 × $18 = $1,800 TTD.
Total: $3,000 + $1,800 = $4,800 TTD.

The package adds a tent and lighting, which these lists do not, so the figures are not like for like.

What is needed to keep a Tipi Tent steady on a hard floor?

Ballast plates are provided if the Tipi Tent is to stand on a concrete or hard floor. You then choose how they are weighted down: 4 sand bag weights at no extra cost, or 4 rum barrel weights for an additional $1,000 TTD. On grass or soft ground the tent is anchored with metal stakes.

Which tables match the Hairpin Sweetheart Table?

The Hairpin Sweetheart Table is a match for our whitewashed hairpin table range. That range includes the Hairpin Table and the Hairpin Picnic Table, and all three have legs in black or gold. The Hairpin Sweetheart Table is 7ft by 3ft and $350 TTD per day.

Can string lights go overhead where guests walk?

The French Bistro Lights (50ft) should be used for perimeter lighting only, in layouts where people do not pass underneath. They must be anchored to permanent structures such as walls or trees. They are 50ft long with a bulb every 3ft, at $200 TTD per day.

Can I see the furniture before I book?

Our items are stored disassembled at the Picton Street office, so they can be viewed by appointment only. Viewing is not always possible for larger items that are constructed on site. To arrange a viewing, please email, call or WhatsApp us with as much notice as you can give.

Can the Market Cart hold desserts?

Yes. The Market Cart can serve as a portable cocktail bar, a champagne or Prosecco cart or a dessert table. It is 5ft long, 30in wide and 30in high at the table. It is $1,000 TTD per day.

What is the weight limit on the French Bistro Chair?

The French Bistro Chair is tested for 110 kg (240 lbs). It is 16in wide, 16in deep and 31in high, with a seat height of 18in. It is an outdoor chair of wood and stained steel, at $18 TTD per day.
