Perched's Modular Sofa range is a set of connecting pieces (one piece, armchair, corner, ottoman and layouts up to five pieces) in grey or white, hired as a pre-arranged layout or combined to fit your space. The seats are deep with moveable back cushions, and armrests and backrests can be added or removed. Prices run per day, for example $300 TTD for a one piece grey sofa and $2,200 TTD for a five piece white layout.

How do Perched’s modular sofas work?
The Modular Sofa range is a set of sofa pieces that connect, so you can hire a pre-arranged layout or combine pieces to fit your space. Each piece comes in grey or white. Prices are per day of hire and exclude delivery and set-up.
What pieces and layouts are there?
- One piece: a one-seat sofa with deep seating and moveable back cushions.
- Armchair: a one-seat piece with armrests and loose back cushions.
- Corner: a corner module that joins other pieces or works as a stand-alone seat.
- Ottoman: a footstool you can use on its own or with other pieces.
- Larger layouts: 1.5 piece (a one-seat chaise), 2 piece, 2.5 piece (with a chaise), 3 piece, 3.5 piece, 4 piece and 5 piece.
The 2 piece layout also comes with a single armrest or a double armrest. The grey 3, 4 and 5 piece layouts are described as L-shape sofas.
Can I change the cushions, armrests and backrests?
Yes. The seats are deep with moveable back cushions, and armrests and backrests can be added or removed in any sofa arrangement you design. Just let us know what you want.
How much does each layout cost per day?
Each row is a separate named product, and grey costs less than white in every row.

Should I choose a pre-arranged layout or combine pieces?
Both work. Choose a pre-arranged layout, or combine single pieces to fit your space. These are the sizes of the larger layouts: the 3 piece is 75in by 75in, the 4 piece is 75in by 114in and the 5 piece is 114in by 114in, all 33in high with a seat height of 16in. We do not list a seating capacity for each layout, so ask us when you request a quote.

Can I hire just one piece?
Yes. The one piece Modular Sofa can stand on its own or be connected to other pieces, and the ottoman can be used on its own. A one piece sofa is $300 TTD per day in grey and $400 TTD per day in white.
Is grey or white cheaper?
Grey costs less than white for every piece and layout we list. For example, the 3 piece layout is $1,000 TTD per day in grey and $1,300 TTD per day in white.
How many people does each sofa layout seat?
We do not list a fixed seating capacity for each Modular Sofa layout. Tell us your guest numbers when you request a quote and ask our team which layout fits.
Can I ask for armrests or backrests to be taken off?
Yes. Armrests and backrests can easily be added or removed in any sofa arrangement you design. Just let us know what you need.
