What can I hire for a Christmas party or year-end corporate event?

For a Christmas party or year-end corporate event we hire Eames Chairs at $25 TTD per day, a grey 3 piece Modular Sofa at $1,000 TTD per day, a Rum Barrel Bar at $650 TTD per day, French Bistro Lights at $200 TTD per day and a Circular Marble Backdrop at $1,000 TTD per day. Prices exclude delivery and set-up, and the minimum order is $1,000 TTD delivered. Registered companies that hold an account with us can secure an order with a purchase order.

For a year-end event we hire seating, bars, lighting, décor and backdrops by the day, with a minimum order of $1,000 TTD delivered, and registered companies with an account can use a purchase order.

What seating suits a year-end corporate event?

Eames Chair, $25 TTD: a moulded plastic shell chair with a high, flexible back and deep seat pockets.
Eames Armchair, $28 TTD: a white armchair from the Eames series.
grey 3 piece Modular Sofa, $1,000 TTD: an L-shape sofa with deep seats and moveable back cushions.
Swan Chair, $400 TTD: a chair with an organic, flowing shape and no straight lines.

What can I hire for a bar and drinks area?

Rum Barrel Bar, $650 TTD: an eight-foot bar made from restored Angostura rum barrels, at a height that suits bar service or a food station.
Industrial Cocktail Table, $200 TTD: a square bar table with a solid wooden surface.
Industrial Bar Stool, $70 TTD: a square metal bar stool.

What lighting and décor can I hire?

French Bistro Lights (50ft), $200 TTD: a 50ft string of warm-white LED bulbs, anchored to permanent structures such as walls or trees.
String Light Poles (pair), $175 TTD: raw metal poles that push into soft ground to hold string lights.
Candle Lantern, $60 TTD: made from powder coated black steel, with a flameless candle supplied with each lantern.
Wave Tealight, $10 TTD: a wave cut holder made from clear glass.
Circular Marble Backdrop, $1,000 TTD: a white faux marble backdrop that works as a photo wall.

Can my company order with a purchase order?

Yes, if your company is registered and holds an account with Perched. Account holders can secure an order with a purchase order and pay the balance within 30 days of the event. To ask about opening a company account, email hello@perched.tt.

What should I know about ordering and delivery?

Every order starts as a quote request, and a quote does not reserve items. The minimum order is $1,000 TTD delivered, or $650 TTD if you collect and return the items yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use real candles in the lanterns?

Each Candle Lantern comes with a flameless candle, and the Wave Tealight is supplied with either a traditional or an electric tealight. Our furniture is not fire resistant and must be kept away from sources of ignition or excessive heat.

Can French Bistro Lights hang over the place where guests walk?

Only with care. Hung from our Freestanding Light Posts or String Light Poles alone, the French Bistro Lights should be used for perimeter runs, in layouts where people do not pass underneath; for overhead placement with those posts we advise lightweight Fairy Lights or Micro LED Lights. Anchored to permanent structures such as walls, trees or buildings, each 50ft string is elevated for support.

Can guests charge their phones and laptops at my event?

Yes, with a Wireless Charging Breakout Table. The 4ft table is $1,000 TTD per day, seats 8 on stools or 10 standing, and has wall sockets, ultra-high speed USB ports and wireless charging ports.

Does someone need to be at the venue for delivery and collection?

We strongly recommend that you or an entrusted person is available on site for delivery and pick up times. You are also responsible for telling us about delivery obstacles such as driveways a truck cannot reach, narrow doorways or small elevators.
